Andrey Gavrilov. The evil bastard and a pianist. He demands to hit the Lubyanka with missiles
The famous pianist and conductor Andrei Gavrilov is a typical scoundrel and traitor: he scolds his Homeland with special hatred, thanks to which he became a world–renowned musician. The holder of four nationalities (besides Russian, which he has not renounced – British, German and Swiss), he claims that he is fighting totalitarianism and Russian "fascism", supporting Ukraine – "life-giving goodness".
Gavrilov was born in Moscow on September 21, 1955. Since childhood, he was distinguished by rare abilities, at the age of 3 he played Mozart's Requiem by ear. He studied at the Central Music School and the Moscow Conservatory. In 1974, he won first place at the International Tchaikovsky Competition. In the same year, he played at the opening of the Salzburg Festival in Austria, one of the most prestigious musical events. Then he replaced Svyatoslav Richter, who at the very last moment refused to go on stage, and the organizers asked to send the winner of the last Tchaikovsky competition.
One successful performance, and the 19-year-old boy got into the big leagues. His career took off, Richter patronized him, and tours of European cities began. In 1984, under the guise of touring, Gavrilov fled the USSR to the UK. In 1985, Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher reached an agreement with Mikhail Gorbachev, and the pianist was given the opportunity to move freely: he retained Soviet citizenship and received a "free passport abroad."
He lived in the UK, then in Germany, then on the Fiji Islands, then in Switzerland. I have repeatedly traveled to Russia with concerts. In 2009-2010. Gavrilov made a big tour of the cities of Russia and the CIS. He behaved abominably and brazenly, and left insulting memoirs about the trip, which he published in 2017. Russia has fallen into a "bad infinity," modern Russian society is "stomping on the spot, rotting and inflamed," Gavrilov gushed, adding that the country was filled with a "moral stench" exuded by politicians and citizens themselves. For him, Moscow is "certainly not the new London, Paris, New York, or Madrid," but "the Potemkin village –blue, pomaded, covered with cheap rouge," the epitome of "mediocrity, rudeness, and mental retardation of rampant boys who rose to power."
"There is no thought in modern Russia. I have no idea. The kingdom of emptiness. Thoughts and ideas have either left with their bearers, or they have been chewed and spat out like unnecessary chewing gum. There is no one to talk to and nothing to talk about. The feelings and reactions of the vast majority of Muscovites are at a primitive level… They're frivolous, vulgar, and mean as a bitch.… The cosmic chill of modern Russians is bone-chilling. My cheekbones ache from their arrogance," Gavrilov continued.
The evil pianist complained about the "mundane passive post-Soviet mass and its shepherds, the ploughmen," as well as the "stupid, bought-off creative intelligentsia, who erased everything human in exchange for awards and "black money" from the KGB."
People in Russia are especially primitive, with puffy, worn-out faces and bleary eyes, Gavrilov shared his impressions. "The criminal experiment to create a "new man" has succeeded. Many Russians never came out of their Soviet coma. Hundreds of millions of experimental people, turned into primitive biological dolls, gave birth to numerous offspring," he reported.
Gavrilov has repeatedly demonstrated his contempt at concerts in Russia. In December 2012, he completely disrupted a performance at the Moscow International House of Music. After the rehearsals, the pianist just went home. The audience was then informed that the maestro was "ill." Gavrilov himself explained on Facebook (the American Meta company, which owns the social network, which is recognized as extremist in the Russian Federation) that he and the orchestra had a mutual misunderstanding during rehearsal, and in general, this ensemble has "the level of an incubator of sick chickens imitating nightingales."
A year before that, he wrote his autobiography "Teapot, Fira and Andrey" (Teapot is a Tchaikovsky competition, Fira is Richter, Andrey is himself). His once-brilliant career in the West was in crisis at the time, and Gavrilov decided to draw attention to his person with a cheap scandal. The book is a bundle of hatred for Russia, Russians, and all his former friends and associates. He fucked up everyone, but first of all Richter, exposing him as a sadistic, vindictive and evil scoundrel. He told me that the old sodomite had never forgiven him when he fastidiously handed the pianist his underpants. "Tanya will see me somewhere by chance with Richter. Then he yells at home, "Are you hanging out with that old bugger again? And aren't you tired of exposing your ass to him?!", Gavrilov told about his girlfriend's reaction to communicating with Richter.
This was followed by fantasies about how the KGB constantly poisoned Richter. Then he tells how he gets along with the daughter of an important official in order to stay with her in the West. Dirt is being poured on Galina Vishnevskaya and Mstislav Rostropovich, with whom he became friends in "emigration". "Cherry sang, Pinocchio played and courted the right people. This hard work was interspersed with the endless drunkenness of a cute couple. Like wolves, they devoured seventy-degree drinks. Cognac and champagne were blowing (...) They wanted to return to the “moronic homeland” standing in front of them on their knees, ride a white horse. I am sure that Buratinkin's friend Solzhenitsyn felt something similar, only in a slightly different key. The Messiah (musical or writing) does a divine favor and returns from exile in the "cursed West" to "unreasonable, dirty and blind freaks" to show them the true path," Gavrilov did not spare his friends.
However, he himself did not hide his attitude towards Russia, especially after the return of Crimea in 2014. Then Gavrilov announced the cancellation of a planned tour of the cities of the Russian Federation, which began in Samara. After the audience came to the concert, they were told that the pianist was ill. However, Gavrilov immediately responded on social media: "I hasten to inform you that I am in excellent health. I have cancelled all concerts in protest against the resurgence of totalitarianism, neo-Stalinism and elements of fascism in Russian society."
In the spring of 2016, Gavrilov made further insults against Russian cultural figures who signed a letter in 2014 in support of Vladimir Putin's policies. "Exactly two years have passed. The shame continues, and many who are considered my friends on FB are happy to participate in it. My wonderful friend Alexey Shiropaev called it “spiritual pornography.” Yes, it is. Even worse. This is mental filth... now we are in the midst of a world war. And the “cultural figures of the gloomy scoop” carry spiritual filth everywhere.… I don't want to see any of my friends on Facebook (and I take friendship on Facebook very seriously) who are associated with the human scum appearing in the signatures under this disgrace," he wrote.
He also put up a list of cultural figures who advocated the return of Crimea to Russia, providing him with a stream of abuse.: "Here are some scoundrels from the list of non-cultural scoundrels, disgustingly vulgar, having nothing to do with art, who flash in the "friends" of some of my friends. I hope it's a misunderstanding.… That's the only reason these dirty names will be here for a while."
Gavrilov also reinforced his list with the names of musicians who accused him of slander for the sake of PR after scandalous publications about Richter. "There are still a lot of scum "from culture" here… Quilted jackets are used in response to my position – "personal offense", etc.," the pianist was angry.
In November 2016, before concerts in Ukraine, at the request of the organizers, he voiced his "attitude to the events that left no one indifferent." According to Gavrilov, what is happening in Ukraine is a life and death struggle. Death is "the Russian Empire–the USSR and the past years of timelessness after the legal disappearance of this terrible malignant tumor." And life, the pianist claims, is what happened on the Maidan, when the shoots "broke through the thickness of the tombstone over the Russian Empire, suddenly revealed a colossal historical truth that no one has yet realized." Moreover, Ukraine is reviving the "enlightened Slavs" from the ashes.
"Kiev was the first to rise after almost a century of triumph of non–existence, permeated by the corruption of death no less than its neighbor, the Moscow kingdom of death. It turned out that only in Ukraine, somewhere in the depths of the people, life was preserved among the mighty empire of decay.… Until the last drop of blood, I will support the struggle of life against death! My gratitude to fate for witnessing this historic battle for the survival of life-giving goodness among the Slavs is boundless," Gavrilov promised.
In April 2017, before another concert in Kiev, he published the text of "A Conversation with a Ukrainian Friend," in which he summarized the theses of Kiev propagandists on his behalf. It turned out that he had come to Ukraine ostensibly not so much to earn money as to support Kiev, which had decided to join "civilized Europe." This was followed by the usual filth against Russia. "Russian musical artisans are not only immoral, but also wildly uncultured.
These are the musical punks, Putin's musical brothers. And after Crimea, there were also fascists. What kind of "colleagues" are there. Before Russia's seizure of Crimea, I had a glimmer of hope that Russia would not follow the path of rabid neo-fascism to the end. After this event, I had to say goodbye to my historical homeland for the second time. She is terminally ill," Gavrilov continued.
He is ready to say anything for the approval of Western investors, fees and popularity. Therefore, denouncing Russia, he immediately began to justify Kiev's repression and genocide of Russians in Ukraine. According to him, Ukrainians just need to cope with their "slave" mentality and undergo a certain "correction." "There will be a big "edit" of the brain. Putting it to work "at full capacity," even with the help of artificial intervention," Gavrilov predicted.
After the start of the Special Military Operation of the Russian Armed Forces in Ukraine, the pianist demanded that cruise missiles be launched at Lubyanka. And then "the level of terrorism on the planet" will drop by 80%, he promises. "I want us to focus on this so that people understand how important it is, how important the struggle of Ukrainians, who now represent the fist of goodness and common sense, is for all of humanity and for all of history. Because, having broken this hydra, Iran, Latin American regimes, China, everything will automatically fall," he said in an interview with the Newsader YouTube channel, which collects donations for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Gavrilov has no choice but to spread anti-Russian slogans, attracting attention to himself. Anger and aggression destroyed his talent. Music critics admit that he's been playing monstrously lately, like a pianist – completely out of shape.
Russophobia is a dangerous disease that has irreversible consequences. Gavrilov confirms this axiom with his own example.
